The invisible vibrations that surround our physical body are coverings that marked as our aura. A human being is a combination of numerous bodies: the physical covering, the mental, the vital covering composed of the vital force, the intellect and the bliss covering. From time-to-time, we may choose to heal our physical
body by clearing the finer invisible ones.
All of the coverings are not you because they’re fleeting while you are eternal. The primary covering is your physical body that’s made up of blood, bone, water, fat, flesh, and skin. Your vital covering consists of the vital force and the five organs of action. The mental body is both your mind and the organs of perception that envelop your vital body. The covering of the intellect is the intelligence that you experience. It’s subject to growth, therefore, it’s impermanent. The fifth and most subtle body is the bliss covering. This body reflects divine nature and you
experience it effortlessly in various intensities of happiness when you achieve some object that you’ve desired.
Your aura reflects your state of health and consciousness. To some, the aura is witnessed as a field of white light that bounces off the physical body in various heights and widths while others may see it as a spectrum of color. Today, we have various devices available that capture aura images as a snapshot. But with practice, you may see auras with your naked eye.
Depending upon your state of health, your aura may be full, spotty or contain dark spots. It’s constantly changing. You may heal your physical body by clearing your aura of any impurities since it reflects the health and consciousness of all your finer invisible bodies. That’s all you need. Now let’s get to work on your aura!
To clear your aura, do the following:
Once you get used to working with your aura energy, all you need to do is spend five minutes (or more if you’d like) in the morning and/or evening doing this meditation exercise. In the beginning, you might want to do it for about fifteen minutes or so until getting into your relaxed state and connecting with your energy the field becomes easier.
Don’t let the thought of meditation stress you in any way. It doesn’t take hours of practice or an empty mind to meditate. It’s natural to have dozens of thoughts whizzing through your mind, and trying to shut this off creates more stress we don’t need in our lives. Following a spiritual path should bring you peace and focus, not anxiety and frustration.
Fill Yourself with Light
Visualize this warming and energizing light going into your head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, back, chest, pelvis, thighs, calves, and feet. Imagine this beautiful rainbow light filling every inch of you. Take as much time as you need.
At some point you might start feeling warm all over, maybe a tingling sensation or something different about your mind and body that shows this is working. If it doesn’t happen at first, don’t worry, as you progress on this path you’ll notice a lot of incredible changes taking place. Sticking to it makes all the difference in the world.
